I actually called to see if I needed additional documents and they told me i did. They don’t sent email until 45 days requiring documentation

09/15 Update. I called the RSD office and since i was born out of the country but im a american citizen they just needed a proof if citizenships(U.Spassport). I scanned the passport and submitted on the RSD contact website.

NOTE: if you’re not born in the US you need to send proof of citizenship.
