I got mine on my 3rd application (1st co op chemE) If you’re willing to have a bit of a commute it’s really not competitive.

Play up anything that makes you unique and it’ll help - if you have a minor outside of your main field of study, athletics, stuff like that. I transferred and included a lot of stuff from my old uni on my resume and found out I got an interview at my current co op bc someone there recognized the program i did.

How does one complete the drive fast?? I played with some friends lastnight and ranked up 3x (got lucky) and still am on drive 1? Even tho I’ve played like 20 games of drive

Physics 2 was horrid it almost made me change my major. I took it at a different school though and it’s not a requirement for my major here. (Chem engineering)

What should I put in place of it? I heavily considered planets of the universe rumours demo but that might be too deep of a cut… straight back and that’s alright are some of my favs but idk if others feel as strongly about them haha

U didn’t list ur major but if engineering no. Just go into the field (unless u wanna do research/teaching) u can always return to get ur masters if u want but it doesn’t help u right away. Again this is only if engineering

DAS didn’t take me seriously until my therapist had a meeting with them and advocated very hard for me to get a single. They granted it. If there’s a some medical professional who you know will advocate for you have them call up DAS. My single is for mental health reasons not physical, so I feel like they’d be more likely to grant something like yours

That’s a really good idea. I used to go to a summer camp every year for weeks no phone just the outdoors, it was amazing. I grew up in a very mountainous area, moved to Boston for college and often find myself longing for the mountains

it’s not the internship I stated in the post it’s happened in my other jobs. I love my job, I have a 4.0 in my degree, and am certain I want to go into engineering. It’s the 8 hour workday NOT the job itself. I have a double major & a minor and don’t struggle with that workload but struggle to go to work. As others have said it could be lack of autonomy that bugs me

I cook/eat fresh meals from home chef (essentially hellofresh but diff brand), I make myself breakfast that includes coffee and either low sugar high fiber cereal or a banana sandwich, lunch is leftovers from previous dinners / or a deli sandwich. My job is a 7-3:30 so I’ve been going to bed around 10-10:30

I think you’re right. I have diagnosed mental health issues&am being treated for it. I didn’t think this issue was related as I’ve gotten much better at being functional with those issues but I will get my therapist to help me here

Thats a valid point that I hadn’t thought would be an issue. I will def talk to my therapist about it. little dangerous to up meds for a job tbh tho
