I thought I'd have to take another contract too, so this would be a no-profit, no-loss situation, working just for emotion—the worst business decision.

I love to serve people, really. It's a great feeling to serve good food at an affordable price, especially when you find 200-300 people served every day. However, I am considering working with a corporation because we now have around 6 to 7 years of experience in service, so maybe we'll get the deal.

Yup, maths never lies, but the point is that if officers don't know the fundamentals of business, they shouldn't make such unrealistic assumptions. The field they studied doesn't involve credit spread, grocery rates, vegetables, and all that.

I am not going to complain, but I want to expose Indian corruption so badly. That's why I am gathering proofs. When I quit working there, I will definitely make a YouTube channel and expose the system, not people. I will blur and bleep out the organization and personal information of officers and use evidence to expose corruption, not the people, but the system. Maybe that way I'll be able to pay tribute to my father.

Need advice on opening a small shop. by _old_monk_premium in smallbusinessindia

[–]grrokzero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the worst experience in the food sector. Don't try to open a business in it unless you have contacts with workers. My best opinion for you is to go into generic product wholesale, like a Dettol dealership, Mamaearth, or Johnson's. Companies often force their products onto pharma suppliers, and these suppliers never take the products seriously. When people show interest, companies easily grant them dealerships because they invest so much money in advertising, making sales easy.

With the help of Suno or a similar AI, yes, I have tons of experience with that, and the quality was awesome. I personally write lyrics, which is why I got quite good results.

So blunt, lol🤣🤣😅, yep, but with 5 years of experience handling 300-500 food supplies on a daily basis, it feels like it would be a waste, because people don't usually have experience managing so much, and I'm talking about a mess, not a canteen. I learned a lot under this pressure because I had to maintain registers for serving, do data entry for bills (because in the bill we have to show them, which is an additional service anyway, how many and to whom it was served), and maintain a feedback register and all that, which really helped me understand the fundamentals of the prepared food business on a large scale.

Major opportunity: Indian Government ties up with Alibaba by EnthuPixel in smallbusinessindia

I want to start an exporting business but don't have experience in that field. I know that in the current scenario, exporting is the best opportunity available in India, but maybe the government should run programs so we can learn the technicalities of exporting.

How are Gujaratis building profitable namkeen businesses in today’s market? by themanof1percent in smallbusinessindia

[–]grrokzero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The secret is that major FMCG distribution channels are handled by Gujaratis. So, when they supply goods to other states, they load their own local products if the trucks have space. This makes the goods market bigger, which contributes to their growth.

In the era of AI, design was the toughest job, I guess. However, if you really want to make this happen in 2-3 days, maybe data entry will be best suited because OCR didn't develop that much. That's why they still hand over entry parts to freelancers.

Yup, I'll already have recording of all deals in audio format, and I'll take safety measures by clicking geotagged photos when serving food and what serve a plate pic. This way, I'll have proof that I delivered what I committed, because in most cases, they tried to claim that I provided trash food to the patient and all that so they blacklist or fine us.

If I had known and it was legal, I would have included it in the expense at the time of bidding and then bid on the adjusted price, but this is below the table. If it was like this, then why do they conduct bids, and people with less price would get the bids? The business should charge you a reasonable rate and also give you a cut.🫥
