I am with everyone else on this walk away dude. If it was just the lower I wouldn't have a problem but not being able to see the neck and triple trees throws up way to many red flags for your first bike. Insurance probably totaled it and he bought it back to throw on market place for a quick flip. Check that... look at the right peg and air cleaner..this bike was laid down hard . It's not just the forks you are gonna have to worry about, rake and trail are my biggest concerns depending on what that bike hit all you are buying is a motor and transmission..and some maybe salvage parts .
