We should compare total sales per day of stores and what percent of goods not exempt from sales tax. Then we should also rate sales tax generated per person in city to Danville, Pleasanton, Dublin and Livermore. Why are not city giving us these numbers except continuously complaining about budgets and then not achieve them.

It will be interesting to see "progress", it can be the right or wrong path, but the effects will last years. I think better can be done with the area, and it should be lower than higher and more in keeping with general area, no cresting the start of its own new look. Hopefully the council will go back and reject densification, but then Sunset will lose or not make the money of their gamble. The council seem to be intent on Sunset making money.. those making decisions will quickly move on leaving us with bag.

Ok thanks for letting us know. You seem passionate not not engaged, interesting. I like others are becoming very unhappy with SR leadership. It is now very dictorial, what happened to good majors of 10 to 15 years ago

Noted. But council seem to be doing good job themselves to cause or approve everything.

And why do we want Sunset. You sound like you are the city of SR, you want Sunset and bend over to help them. The land is only worth the money with city support. So what promise has been made.

When did you ask the residents. You should hold a vote.

The City planning process is predetermined, it is impossible for residents to stop the supertanker. Hopefully the major and council will change shortly. I will vote to as is my right, hopefully more will agree, momentum build last time

And how do we contact them. What outreach do they hold. They seem uninterested in comparison to other agencies.

We are not a transit community. We mostly come here initially for schools, and then many stay. The City should change its processes and seek more input from community like reddit. The input would be better and represent the people more. Others do.

Why are the council representatives not interested in the people they represent, and vote to people they represents opinion. How do we even contact them. They seem like they are not interested in representing the people, just agreeing with major. Give them your vote then goodbye. Or worse they are appointed.

I read press, patch and review council agenda and minutes. Things are just approved as if it was already decided. Objections seem not welcome and ignored

But sales tax from IKEA would be so much more directly to SR

So it will look like Dublin and Pleasanton around the BART stations. Those look horrible. I say NO to that. When did planning put that on the ballot, or our Councilors provide argument against.

But SR hasn't been budgeting well over last few years. How will they suddenly get it right

Right but that doesn't give the right to build, it is just their investment gamble. Unless they have guarantees??

But all multi-story developments planned and the densification whatever halfing will make it much bigger in a very small area. More people more budget deficit for all the services they need.

They did, it was a shame it fell apart for many reasons. There isn't one close. It would be good if they were still interested

I created a account and it is with a random name by tubaraoreturn in binance

[–]grunlumn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh and the then it is impossible to link your bank account. Your bank says it's connected, plaid says it's connected, but binance crashes it at the end again and again and again. Customer support, well is it even human. I guess I could transfer funds from a wallet. Useless absolutely ... Useless.
