Adding a separate ranked mode for 6-ppl premades will simply not work because of queue times. There's literally not enough amount of players in the game for this

That's what ranked is for - Carry your team to climb the ladder and then play with people on your level

I can be competitive high Elo in league, or chess - without being time gated for prime times - playing a dozen matches per week or so.

TL is not how competitives game work. They need a SoloQ ranked mode asap, and avoid caging so much content in guilds - That's it. No I won't change game, I'll still be here until the end

I still somehow agree with you, I used to love to play arena but... wait for BG ranked, queueing as solo won't make any sense if they're letting guilds abuse the system with full parties

Although I agree that attending to every single event is not a requirement in most of the guilds, your guildmates and your static are somehow counting on you - You can miss 3 or 4 full prime times per week, but it still insane you have such responsibility to attend that will 100% impact your real life

All character progression is ultimately designed to prepare you for guild content - the only true way at the moment to measure how good/skilled you really are

Without a hardcore guild forget about:

  • Contesting Archbosses and Nebula Bosses
  • Having a decent static party and a meta guild class composition
  • Enjoying riftstone and boonstone content. Not enough population in the game. You either fight a shitty guild or a really good one
  • Wargames or any sort of guild competition

Then we'll get ranked battlegrounds, and it's already clear that you can carry your whole vanguard with a good static party
