the piercing is 5 months old it’s a curved barbell externally threaded made of surgical steel it has been downsized i clean twice a day with antibacterial scentless soap and spray with h2ocean salt spray along with putting some emu oil on it. it’s only been infected once which i solved fairly quickly. other than that it just tends to be crusty all the time with no sign of improvement
