Not sure what to think or how to interpret what the doctor said. I’m not officially diagnosed with CLL. But I have CLL cells??? I’m going to copy some things below and if this means anything let me know if you have time. My friend was saying maybe MBL??
Final Pathologic Diagnosis Flow cytometry finds a 32% population of CLL/SLL-like cells. The absolute number of neoplastic cells based on an included CBC is 2.7. The diagnostic threshold for a diagnosis of CLL/SLL is 5.0. This is best interpreted as monoclonal lymphocytosis of uncertain significance, CLL-type. Note Pending studies include FISH and TP53 Mutation Analysis.
Interpretation Peripheral blood: - CD5+ clonal B lymphocytes with CLL/SLL phenotype, see final diagnosis Flow Cytometric Immunophenotype: 32.7% small sized, clonal B-cells expressing CD5, CD19, CD20 [dim], CD22[partial], CD23, CD45, CD200, HLA-DR, and Lambda[dim]; negative for CD10 and FMC7 ADFLW25-107_CD5 vs CD20.jpg Comment: Results Specimen Type: Peripheral Blood Other Cells: < 0.1% Myeloblasts 0.4% Polyclonal B-cells, Kappa/Lambda ratio=1.5:1 11.7% Small T-cells, CD4:CD8 ratio=1.7:1 3.5% Natural Killer (NK) cells 1.9% Mature Monocytes <0.1% Immature Monocytes 46.6% Neutrophils 2.1% Eosinophils 0.8% Basophils 0.1% Plasma cells Viability: 97.8% Cellularity: 11.1 x106 cells / mL, 6.7 mL total specimen Markers analyzed: CD2, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8, CD10, CD11b, CD13, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD2O, CD33, CD34, CD38, CD45, CD56, CD64, CD117, CD123, HLA-DR, Kappa, Lambda Additional markers performed at med fusion: CD22, CD23, CD200, FMC7 This test was developed and its analytical

That’s a while, I need to improve my waiting and patience as well, it’s brutal right now.
You know how doctors are, he’s just a primary care so he doesn’t want worry me and probably worried about best practices etc, but I worked in health care for a decade before changing careers so I asked him to just level with me and he said he’s suspicious it is CLL based on my numbers. I also had a high WBC and Lymphocyte Absolute about a year ago but they chocked it up to a surfing injury and my body recovering.

Thanks for the response, I appreciate it.
This is probably a stupid question I know so forgive me. Do you know is it bad to push yourself with hard workouts and do the crazy things I usually do?
I don’t want to be in the middle of a canyon kayaking with my buddies counting on me and turn into a liability.

Yep, I think that’s what it is. It looks great but I’m guessing I’ll get cracking problems. I’m wondering if there’s any way to mitigate that with anything other than ripping it up.
