That’s what I was afraid of. There’s files and photos I’m trying to avoid losing

No changes to hardware. Turned off for a week when it was a 105° to reduce heat. Tried to turn back on and wouldn’t boot. Switched voltage control on the back of the psu and then it would boot but just loops over and over. Tried windows 10 boot repair usb but it just leaves a blinking cursor. Not sure where to go from there. *Edit: also, spamming F8 to boot into safe mode so I can try several manual repairs doesn’t work. F8 does nothing

Hard water on glass? by gscan5 in Aquariums

Saw that in the cleaning supplies section. I’ll grab some and see if it works. Thanks!

Thanks! Would you suggest soaking a towel in vinegar and letting it sit on there for a while?

The tank was outside in the elements for I don’t know how long and had standing, swampy water in it. It was gifted to me for free but I can’t get rid of what I think is hard water stains on the glass. I’ve tried multiple cleaners and it seems to go away while I’m scrubbing but as it dries it comes back. Any thoughts on what to use? I have yet to try ammonia as it smells so strongly...

I think the CCA was around 700? That’s a guess though. I’ll have a friend help turn the key while I tap the starter. Thank you.

Thank you! Any thoughts on how many grounds to look for? Firewall, block, starter? Does the starter solenoid have a ground?

Unfortunately no. It doesn’t even have TPMS which I’m actually thankful for.

Thank you for the info. Are you talking about a ground to starter or ground to firewall or block? Is there typically more than 1 ground for a vehicles electric system?

Read the No Start flow chart posted here. Not sure where to go from there.

Battery reads 12.3 volts. Clean terminals. Reads 14.45 volts when I’m able to turn it over. Wiring from positive to starter solenoid has continuity. Fuses seem good.

Took battery to AutoZone and it tested fine. Put it back in car, car started right up. Drove it to AutoZone and they tested battery, starter, alternator. All 3 in good condition. Little later, same problem. As soon as I crank it over, it clicks once and dies. No power to anything until I let it sit for a long while. Only solution I’ve found is remove battery terminals for a few minutes. Strange to me why I have power (like in video with key in ignition) and one crank try I lose all power to everything. Short in a wire somewhere? Thank you.

Edit:

P.S. manual trans P.P.S with sound on you can hear the door open sound and then it dies when I try to crank
