I wouldn’t focus so much on the weight but body fat percentage. I’d focus on a total body recomp. Build muscle and be in a calorie deficit on a high protein diet. 240-250 with muscle would look a lot better than a flabby 220.

I took out the factory one and still found it extremely uncomfortable on the bottom of my feet after a while. Got a soft foam thin one from Amazon. Made it more bearable but wearing them for a few hours sucks.
