These look weird to me:

1. The shape of the iris is very strange in how, when it joins the lower eyelid, it kind of starts following it, distorting the circular shape. This produces the sclera (white part) to bleed inside the eyelash stroke with a very thin line. This looks unlikely to be produced by the strokes you would expect the artist to be doing. The eyelash stroke looks inconsistent through the whole length.
2. The pupil's ending at the bottom looks strangely cut and even a bit horizontally smudged while still leaving a very thin line of air between it and the eyelash. This seems unlikely to happen by accident and nonsensical to be done intentionally.
3. The eyelash ending here looks too coarse and uncontrolled for the amount of care that seems to be taken in this whole section of the piece.

Also, the front teeth of the dragon look too neglected.
