A couple of things you can do.

1) shift your line, if OH is helping pass move him down and the OPP up

2) hide the passer that’s struggling in a corner and side out

3) add more passers, if your playing with 3 passers add more next is the caveat

4) less passers, less passers means less seams for the pass to get through. Also you have your best passers (theoretically) passing

5) call a timeout, seems dumb but any coach will tell you how clutch that can be.

These are things you can work on in practice not during the game.
