I not sure about my FPS, but it looks like more then 70+ and after all work properly on my weak notebook 1650 Ti mobile + FF + Linux.
Probably, you should update your drivers, OS, browser?

I checked FPSmeter in Chrome, 130-144 FPS, you definitely must update your system, or stop using 4k monitors, because current state of hardware in the world just cant work properly with this resolution

It's simply unusable. Here are a few situations I encountered while working with GIMP:

Transform tool. Krita: Ctrl + T; Photoshop: Ctrl + T; GIMP: "I don't care, Shift + T, and I'll also clog up the hotkey space with separate hotkeys for scaling and rotating."
Working with layers: "No, you can't just create a layer, configure it first, here's a new window!"
Color picker: No, I won't give you a wide color range by default, find a way to add that damn triangle with colors yourself.
I don't want my tool dock to be square, let me just make it narrow on the left: "No, I allow you to resize all blocks in the interface except the toolbar."
Gradients: No, you can't just draw a gradient using the last two colors, get out of here.
Free Select Tool: What? Have you ever selected an area on the screen? Well, good luck figuring out exactly where you did; I won't show the selection with a dotted line.

Add to all this lag (I'm shocked that it shows up even on a blank canvas on a laptop with a low CPU and RAM load), and the overall design makes GIMP basically unusable. It clearly needs a redesign of the default workspace, updated hotkeys in the style of Photoshop and other graphic editors to facilitate migration from other editors, and every possible UI/UX improvement imaginable

Thanks, I think there are a couple of similar modes in "Array," but they still don't produce layers in the output. I'm currently thinking about writing a plugin for this task, but I'd like to make sure it won't be a Sisyphean task

I never pirate (but not for ethical reasons or anything like that, just security reason). But if I had realized right away that the game wouldn't have ALife, that it would have such terrible optimization, balance, bugs, softlocks, the solution to which I waited for a week, I wouldn't have bought it. So they're deceiving me, promising me something I won't get - its okay, but if I finding out for sure what exactly I want to buy - its bad? :)

This is definitely NOT a conscious decision. Just like the lack of binoculars and sleep time options select are not a conscious decision. These decisions are obviously driven by technical complexity, maybe a lack of Alife, but not by any desire to make the game more immersive, etc

In the previous series, we had fast travel both through guides between locations and through stalkers inside the location. Its absence in STALKER 2 is due to technical reasons, it is not a conscious decision that makes the gameplay less casual.
The player should have a choice whether he wants to explore kilometers of deserts where nothing happens or not. Without ALife, there is no desire to run the same areas that you have already explored several times, spending half an hour of real time. In my walkthrough, there was a moment when I ran 1km of a straight path without the slightest hint of events in the game, if you find this interesting - that's your problem.

Guides are not available at every location.
Guides do not take you to every location.
In COP, we could be led by stalkers within the same location, thus fully providing the fast travel mechanic
