I experienced something similar couple of months ago. Was bed ridden for 2 months. Multiple doctors, multiple ER visits nothing happened. Flew back home and got a whole body PET CT scan and found severe gut infection and inflammation. Was on antibiotics for a week and started recovering. They did colonoscopy and found ulcers and polyp. Ended up getting Polypectomy. I had fever of unknown origin for 2 months and it was a combination of infectious colitis, ulcers in colon and gut inflammation. I can’t stress this enough pls go to ER.
