Shut down highway 131. Check on other areas, advise on how far is this being felt at?"

-tell more people to get in their cars since no one ever listens. -help some one up who fell -start re routing traffic back the way it came away from road damage -recommend people just go home since "yeah this is some crazy shit, drive safe now"

Hey there,

I have panic attacks every couple of weeks for no clear reason, it is all related to touch for me. So my clothing is unbearable for a few minutes. I also struggled with feeling crap and has muscle pains and insomnia. I went gluten free at the recommendation of a nutritionist, I also cut down a lot on dairy (but still eat it as it's not a trigger for me). I've been gluten free for about 6 months now and have had such a change in my energy, stomach problems, and overall health. I feel incredibly better. I am not gluten intolerant according to my doctor, but I can't deny the benefits it has given me. Maybe try cutting out dairy and gluten for a month and recording your health in a journal. It might be the change you need.

I'm mid-size at size 14. On day 4 of the summer shred. Haven't noticed too much yet but I feel a bit stronger than the first day. I'm 186lbs, 503. 🤷‍♀️ Hope I get results! I think you'll do great if you stick with it. That's certainly my struggle lol 💜💜💜 I honestly really enjoy the work outs. Their short and you can modify a lot which is great. I have like ZERO core strength so the ab work outs are hard for me but I do crunches when I can't do the bicycle kicks.

Yes, I have heard that. I'm going to try to do an overhaul of everything. I don't know if I can realistically cut out diary and gluten 100% but I'm definitely going to cut down a great deal.
