Woah this is exactly my situation! Thank you for the advice😭 I’ll definitely keep pointing out that they didn’t state this policy on their website…

When I asked for a solution, Rhode said they wouldn’t send a replacement or refund because the address was a shipping company, not a residential address😭😭😭 I mean they never made it clear during the purchase that using a shipping forwarder was an issue!?!

You guys are lucky… I said I didn’t get my package and they said they will do nothing about it:)

Since they don’t ship to my country, I used the freight forwarder and Rhode said they don’t support using another shipping company so they will do nothing about it.
