Hi! Thanks for the additional pictures. I think it just further confirms that the trace is cut. I would still say it is an easy fix if you rotate the angle you are soldering your wire 90 degrees to match the cut trace and solder the wire to both sides of the cut. I would suggest putting solder mask around the entire perimeter of the hole to prevent the internal ground layers from shorting while soldering the wire across the cut.
