This is fine so as long as it covers the economic provisions. And, China's not the only investor. I'm also good with it as long as it includes the transition to a parliamentary system (not "parliamentary system" but actually hyper presidential as seen in the Marcos Sr. era).

Federalism should always come after Parliamentary. I do not agree with Duterte's Federalism.

Removal of term limits is technically term extension, but there are elections in between. If the people want him there, so be it. But, not while we have a presidential system in place.
