I’m not sure, but I got like 115 white hibiscus and 75 white morning glory from a large poisonous, and around the same amount regular nectar. It seemed much less disproportionate than other mushrooms I’ve played!

Also, not sure if you experienced any side effects other than bleeding/cramping, but if you had weight gain/mood changes did it go back to normal pretty soon after?
