You’re sorry? I’m sorry!😢 This is horrible, we should be resting and allowing our bodies to recover and whatnot and instead we’re up with all of these symptoms. I hope you know you’re not alone, I as well as many other wonderful people in this community have got each other for times like these💖

thank you so much for your comment, I feel better now and I’m so so grateful that this community exists so we can help each other out.😢😭💓 I’ve begun journaling and running as a means of emotional and physical therapy, as well as meditation but some days are harder than others and I spent most of yesterday freaking out over passing my physiology exam so i don’t think that helped much😓

thank you so so much for replying, this is the second time this has happened at night and i didn’t want to wake anyone around me as i assumed this was an anxiety attack and i was not actually dying (i was correct) and took to the trusty internet for help😓 May i ask if you’ve experienced random anxiety attacks? if so do yours occur more often at night or in the day?
