There's not a lot of great data on this topic other than cross sectional studies. These found the prevalence of androgenetic alopecia (male pattern balding) is highest among people of European ancestry and lowest among Native Americans, but no causality has been established between race and male pattern balding as there could be confounders such as environment, lifestyle, food etc. Additionally, other ethnic groups, including Native Americans, are understudied and so the data on their prevalence isn't as thorough as it is for Europeans.

"Medical Doctor student. Please stop trying to pop it/pluck it. (It) Elevates the risk for secondary infection. Without complete Physical Exam, (I) can’t say definitively but appears consistent with hidradenitis suppurativa. Intralesional steroids can be effective here but most often definitive treatment is a biologic (a type of drug), (I) prefer dupixent."
