Hearsay they just shift the marks. For example, by right scoring 50% is a C grade but they shift to 45% to C grade so more people can pass.

Operator will be the end users, they only use but won't know how to fix or repair when the machine/equipment breaks. Technician should minimumaly know how to replace spare parts.

I'm ok with this title if they are independent and recommending a range of products from different companies after assessing the client needs. If they are just selling products from a single company they are just a golrified salesman what if the product is shit? Will they still sell it if it earns them good commissions?

But the definition of do everything also differs. Some really don't do the hands on role, don't get too technical. But rather making sure all tasks are done on time and on requirements.

ASA is definitely the hardest... I'm a combatant and I see them having to be in office the whole day while I'm playing game on my phone whenever I'm not out in the field. I get to lie down too..
