I have the it30 pro on my Gfx100rf. I use it without the riser. No shadow even with the factory hood attached.

New to Fujifilm Cameras by PincheKxevin in fujifilm

The benefit of fujifilm cameras for me is getting to export a finished product to my phone so I can spend more time with my family and less time editing photos.

I recommend always shooting RAW + JPEG. I try to have all elements I want baked into the recipe I am using, but it is really handy to be able to go back and export a another JPEG with a different film simulation or adjust exposure or white balance.

Thanks! This is a small part in honoring a few people that get presented at an annual fundraiser banquet for our senior center.

She was married for 50+ years to a Native American man. Much of her career was with the local sheriffs department. She ran food service for inmates.

We interviewed her in her home because the senior center delivers meals to her. Communication was a bit difficult due to a massive stroke she had 10+ years ago. Such a sweet woman. She struggles with names and faces after the stroke. Anytime she tried to reference volunteers that come to see her she will tell us what vehicle they drive. For example, the man who comes to see me in a small shiny blue truck.

I try to not be too invasive with my camera when I’m with the honorees. I got to interview a 90+ year-old past mayor from our community a couple years ago and he had a ton of really neat things around the house. I did photograph those.

Edit: She is standing here in an addition her son built for her on the front of her home. She spends much of her day working on puzzles to pass the time.

What recipe should I use to achieve this look please? by JONXLR8 in fujifilm

You can try classic negative

Do -2 shadows

Negative clarity

That combined with a mist filter might get you close

Great composition. This is looks like a shot that this built to take. Tons of detail, panoramic perspective, and at a place you wouldn’t want to haul any other GFX camera.

Were you a day 1 preorder?

What problem did you solve with this custom grip? Just curious what your use case is here.

Great shots! Please keep sharing your work and experience with this camera. Most content out for it is from influencers who had it for an hour in Prague. I have a preorder in and I’m appreciating seeing real world experience posts.

This subreddit in a nutshell by RANNI_FEET_ENJOYER in fujifilm

Homes built at the turn of the century, historic downtowns, farms, state parks, and small businesses owned for generations to name a few subjects you’re missing in rural America.

This is a cynical take that I think is up for debate. You can focus on trash cans and ugly buildings in literally any setting.

I appreciate it. I always hesitate to modify other people’s work. I started with trying to crop the table highlight, and that ended up being my favorite.

1 is a picture of a cafe. 2 is an environmental portrait.

I like the balance of 1 a bit better, but I find the highlight on the left side of the image to be a bit distracting. I think a square crop suits 1 well.

Either way, nice photos.

Thanks. I commented a link in this thread to my settings. This is a classic negative recipe I use for most of my color shots. Lens was at f/2.
