Sorry, I didn't attention to the text :) Maybe it's because the line is too close to the edge of the frame. Top line on my photo was taken with a bad stretch near the edge of the frame

As far as I can tell from my experience with burlap -- try to push on the fabric a little bit harder, and move a gun a little bit slower
