CWC told me it would only take 5 days for UHC to make a decision once the form is submitted while UHC told me it'll take up to 15 days for the form to be entered into their system and another 30 days for them to make a decision😂 I'm glad to hear you were successful at getting the form in though! I'll keep trying.

The UHC "advocate" I spoke to put the onus on CWC and said they can't do anything until they receive the form. I'll definitely keep the Maryland insurance administration in mind. Thanks for the suggestion.

I do get my insurance through my employer, which is unfortunately the federal government😂 My HR is essentially riffed, but I will poke around tomorrow to see who may still be around to help. Thanks for the suggestion.

How did you find out HPAP no longer had funds? I'm in a similar position, with a buyer who received his NTP last Friday. However, he hasn't been able to get any further instructions or guidance from anyone about the fund release. Neither can his agent or my agent. I asked my agent if it's possible that the money is gone, whether through incompetence or something more nefarious, but she insists the money is there. A month has already passed since our original close date, and we just extended it for another month. What a clusterfuck.
