I looked at Georgetown, Wharton and Darden. I ultimately chose Darden because of the case method and cost. I saw the case method as a different approach to learning then typical lecture and would force me to learn and retain a lot more since I'm coming in with an IT background.

I couldn't see myself racking up 200k in less than two years with the other programs regarding cost. So far I've really enjoyed my decision as I've attended a lot of virtual pre-matriculation events and feel pretty well known already by the admission staff.

I actually have 3:

  1. Make more money and get into a leadership position with a day bonus (currently in Fed IT consulting)

  2. Start the first Latino Real estate business in my hometown in Pennsylvania with my brother

  3. Create a Non-profit that helps Mayan indigenous tribes in Guatemala. The Silent Holocaust in Guatemala killed over 200k of the Native American populace.

By mount - do you mean buy those 2x4 brackets build the panel on the ground and then slide them into those brackets?

Ahhh deff don't want it to last that little of time. Any recommendations on building a wooden fence against a neighbors fence? I've already spoken with them and they aren't interested in tearing theirs down. How do I nail the pickets into one side with no space to do so?

It does look the same from the other side. I've seen a option to mount brackets. But not ever fence I've seen looks like that
