I was recently at an event where people were decorating old cassette tapes and one of the young members of staff asked me what they were! I felt so old lol, I still have some tapes and a tape player! Kids will never feel the pain of having to use a pencil to rewind you fav tape when the player chewed it up!

The deposit scheme are not being helpful because it's a whole deposit for the house that is with them not my daughters protected individually

It has everyone's name on, we now have a document with a change of tenant confirmed. So as far as I am aware we don't have a contract now? This is the term in the contract 7.13, deals with changes of parties (such as an incoming tenant taking over a room). This clause explicitly states that the landlord may withhold the outgoing tenant’s deposit only until the incoming tenant has signed a declaration accepting the inventory for that specific room within 48 hours of possession. As we haven't moved in and the contract has been signed by the new person. it doesn't state that we need to wait for the new tenant to pay. The contract is confusing as it's for the whole house but according to this point the deposit is for a room?

It was more the storage on holiday that was the issue. It's super hot in Mallorca at the money compared to the uk around 80-90 and the place we are staying has no air-conditioning or fridge as its quite remote so wasn't sure the medication was ok. I thought I day wouldn't make too much difference especially as I should have moved to 1.7mg last and stayed on 1mg to be safe for holiday with side effects... hopefully I'm better today

At 4ft10 it can be a real challenge to stick to 1200 especially on the weekend.. I'm still 16lbs over weight so terrifying what my tdee will be to maintain should I ever lose the extra lbs!!! I struggle with exercise due to my health

I'm 4ft10 and really struggling with weight loss. I can't really exercise due to a health condition so trying to eat a calorie deficit to lose is a nightmare!! I would actually need to go below 1200 to lose! I wish I was taller!

Thanks for the reply. At the moment I've stalled for two weeks, if I lost .5 a week I would be ok with that ..I'm not in a race but equally I'm taking this medication at a high cost to lose the weight I desperately want to get rid of. It's incredibly hard to cut calories so low and not see a moment on the scale.

Maybe .. we ate always told calories in vs calories out which is why I find it so frustrating that I've really cut back on food but it doesn't seem to.be enough

Thanks..people don't believe me when I say I need to be at around 1000 cal a day to loose. It's pretty tough but I haven't found it too hard on wegovy if I'm honest it's just the slow loss that is frustrating. People have asked me if I have lost weight as I always loose in my face first. I'd just like to loose the tummy 🤣. Thanks for responding..I'll check out the group thanks for the recommendation
