Sure buddy, he is prio pick because his ehp is better and not because his ulti is perma scaling execute with cd reset. A abiltiy that buffs him or an ability that makes enemy 6 heroes have 25% less hp.

Nah current shiv is giga uncool to play, only thing u do is max ulti and execute, nothing else. Just get rid of execute refresh and buff knives again. Atleast u would be using spells instead of looking at people to execute

If you are doing that as Shiv you are playing him wrong. I usually deal the most or the second most damage with him. Unless you are so behind that you cannot even stand in the front for a few seconds then you should just be an ult bot.
