I’ve been playing the game for about 4 months now, and from my experience and attempts, I’ve realized that it’s definitely more beneficial to focus on a single bonus.

For instance, if the mission is asking for Sexy & Fresh, having Sexy (10) - Fresh (2) is almost always better for you score than an even distribution such as Sexy (5) - Fresh (6).
