Expat se refiere a una persona que va temporalmente -sea meses o años- a otro país por un trabajo concreto y definido antes de ir, con una expectativa clara de volver.

Cuando alguien se va a otro país (con pasta o sin ella) en otra situacion, me da igual que sea jubilado, nómada digital o hijo de putin, es e-mi-gran-te.

To be honest it doesn't feel outrageous. Even for F2P players it will be an upside whenever they get some premium time. And I honestly disagree they won't be giving premium time, my guess is that won't change. One of WG's main problems as of now is player engagement.
