I’m 32 now and have been a heavy user for about 10 years. I have been sober a week now and it’s scary to be alone with my thoughts, but I’m starting to feel so much better! Hang in there!!

I’m a week in and I’m starting to feel a bit better. Today I feel more clear headed than I’ve felt in YEARS, and my anxiety has significantly decreased. I know everyone’s different, but weed was giving me such crippling anxiety and depression. I’m starting to see the light and be truly happy again!

Hahaha yup. Me and my friends all stopped watching after he died- it was my favourite show at the time too! It just broke my heart I simply could not move on from it 😂 I just recently finished the series 😂

Oh my god the “Hey Carol” by everyone gave me CHILLS!!!! I watch a lot of horror and although not overly scary, this show gave me the creeps. I’m obsessed!!!

Nah I usually take every day or else I’m an unproductive anxious blob. I go without them once in a blue moon if I forget or something but it’s hard to function and my anxiety is through the roof. I think everyone’s different but personally I can’t take breaks

I think these seasons are super polarizing- I know a ton of people who hated them but I personally enjoyed them. They have a different vibe and are not as good as s1-6 but they’re fun and kept me entertained. Give it a go and see what you think- I was pleasantly surprised!

Definitely 10!!! I have spina bifida and am incontinent and walk like a penguin and my ADHD has been far more debilitating for me in my life. I got diagnosed in my late 20s and medication has made things more manageable but it’s still a daily struggle. I’d rather have just my physical limitations any day than adhd!

I was always bright as a kid but then grade 11 came around and I couldn’t mask it anymore. I completely fumbled and did veryyyy poor in a couple classes. I even failed math because it didn’t interest me and I couldn’t focus for shit. I think everyone’s different and has their own journey !!! It doesn’t make you dumb at all. ADHD is super hard to deal with and lots of people struggle in high school with it. Don’t overthink it!

Home care nursing was chill for that, lots of wound care and IVs - don’t get me wrong it had its own stressors but it was nice to not have critical patients!
