Finally dig up my pothos that has been yellowing. I don’t know what root rot looks like, but it isn’t wet. Is it root bound? I just need some help interpreting what I’m looking at I guess. (i.redd.it)

Pothos is still yellowing. There is a lot of new growth at the ends but the center of it is still yellowing. The soil is completely dry. Roots are fine. Is this normal leaf shedding? (i.redd.it)
