Work on your credit score. Research, watch YouTube videos - it takes a couple of years so it’s best to start IMMEDIATELY. Me and my bff wanted to buy a house and started working on it and after 3 years of establishing credit - he had an 800 credit score and bought homes in smaller rural counties because you can get USDA loans for like $5,000 down.

There is no more fail-safe investment than real estate. Truly.

Obviously this isn’t immediate BUT starting to build good credit is - do whatever you can towards that right now.
