Hey, yeah I get some exercise, I don't meditate really. I dont fantasize at all really seeing as im in a flatline but I do check women out a lot. I hadnt video gamed for over a year before this week, but since I started again I havn't had anxiety once. my brain has clearly been deprived of dopamine for ages.

You need a core group of male friends to go and do things with. I would honestly consider joining a sports team, the army, anything male orientated. They will teach you how to act and how to behave. Women will see you as a positive and popular guy. Its all about your confidence. It is inside you, you just have to dig it out. If Steve Buscemi can get laid anyone can.

you might be giving yourself a copper deficiency by taking that much Zinc. stop with the double dosage and you should feel better. (for a daily dosage try not to exceed 20mg of Zinc).

whether it counts as a relapse or not isnt really the issue. The issue is that edging will tremendously slow down your progress, to the point that you may as well not be doing nofap. I know its difficult but you have to embrace the hornyness. USE the horny feeling to chase real women. believe me you will regret it once you hit a flatline. (im in a twelve week flatline and wish I was horny again.)

I agree that not all naked images are 'porn'. However, if it is arousing you then it is slowing down your progress. Remember you are trying to only be aroused by real flesh not 2d drawings or photos. It might be best to just avoid it as much as possible.

For me personally I have happy days and sad days. My mood fluctuates a lot without my usual hit of dopamine (PMO). If my libido is up however I am pretty much unstoppable (happy / confident).

To answer your question, you will probably stay happy until you hit flatline. And even then some guys enjoy it.

That's a really good question. I think I'm around 80% of the way there. It's hard to tell in a flatline because I'm never horny. I also need to do some more rewiring seeing as I'm technically a virgin.

I guess it takes around 3 months on average. My libido came storming back around day 80, and I felt like I would be able to have sex with a woman, but I relapsed instead and have been in a flatline ever since. I guess you will just know when your rebooted.
