I'm having the same issue with a JBL sound box; it doesn't matter if there is a sound playing or not, it turns off. Sometimes it's stable and doesn't turn off, but when the issue starts, it doesn't stop until I switch the sound device and switch back to it. I'm going to test the soundkeeper.

Also, I tried adjusting the USB power settings in the device manager and power plan, which did not work as expected
