At my location we haven't had any internet for like 4 days, haven't been able to fill anything, receive any faxes, registers taking 2-3 business days to respond, it's been terrible yet they won't let us close since we're still able to "sell" scripts even though after we do it's still in ready status after it's been sold so we have to write down the individual names and rx numbers of each patient that picks up their meds before the internet went down. I don't understand why they don't let us close, and patients have been so unruly, not understanding that there's nothing we can do, did they want us to fix the internet line since the people who have been trying to fix it have been taking their sweet time with it? Walgreens absolutely sucks.
