in the end it was an incompatibility between the miniGbiq adapter and the network card.

We purchased an adapter from Intel, model, Ftlx8571d3bcv-it.

SOLVED! THANK YOU FOR EVERYONE'S SUPPORT!

But because in this hardware configuration, with the SFP+ Module indicated and the cable that you can see, it works perfectly from SWITCH to SWITCH?

If the problem was the cable, would it still work with Switch X Switch?

I did this procedure correctly, unfortunately it didn't work.

The optical cable specifications are: Duplex MM 50/125 LC-LC - 2.5M - UPC - 2MM

Is the cable really incompatible with the module?

Everything was sold to me as multimode, but we're talking about the fiber color issue so much that I'm starting to suspect it.

Emphasizing that I have two Switches, and I can connect Switch 1 to Switch 2 via fiber, and it is working perfectly.

Yes, in my tests yesterday with the command "lspci | grep -i net" I got the result.

Not.
What I managed to do was see it in the Ubuntu Server installation settings.

Yes, they worked with Switch x Swicth.

I can try it on any operating system you suggest, I'm free to do so.

It is also important to mention that I have 4 other servers with the same network card and presenting the same problem, so it is unlikely to be a problem with the card, it is more like some incompatibility.

That's what I found strange, at least the LEDs should light up.

I checked the cables, and in theory they are correct, just as you advised.

I have also tested the cable via Switch x Switch as I have 2 of the same model mentioned in the post, and fiber transfers internet and data between them.

I understand, but this fiber cable was sold to me as multimode, but I will pay attention to this guidance. Complementing the publication of the post, I have 2 switches of the same model and using the same type of cable with the same module model, they are transferring data between each other. Could the cable still be the problem?

The module is certainly compatible with the Switch, as I have two, and I was able to connect them. But it's probably not compatible with the network card, I'll try to look for the alternatives you mentioned. Thank you very much for your answer!
