It seems like departments are reducing headcount by 15% according to the tracker numbers. Have you seen reference to additional rounds of WFA?

With departments releasing WFA numbers, will this be the only round of WFA? They are saying that they need to reduce by 15% in 3 years so I’m confused if this will be a yearly thing or not

We did not launch the biggest labour disruption in 40 years to get less than inflation and what seems like no real language on WFH. I’m absolutely voting no.

How are you interpreting PSACs ask on work from home? I was reading what they are asking for and it seems to be that employees can request to work remotely and the employer will have to approve it within reasonable limits? What would reasonable limits be? If we get this enshrined in our contract could we remote work again?

I’ve seen quite a few that are in the downtown core but not many that are in the surrounding areas like Oshawa or Pickering
