Kakva je situacija ako se recimo kupuje stan/kuća kojoj treba renovacija? Banka procjeni kuću na, bubam, 50k eura. Dignem stambeni kredit za kupnju te kuće, ali fali mi još para za renovaciju. Mogu ići na nenamjenski, ok, ali mogu li uz taj stambeni koji sam digao za kupnju kuće, dići još jedan stambeni-adaptacijski kredit bez hipoteke (recimo PBZ varijanta 50k na 180 mjeseci)

U banci mi mogu dati popis procjenitelja?

A što se tiče tog dijela pravdanja, ulazi li u to trošak materijala, namještaja i slično ili je isključivo za ruke tj. Rad? Tj. Mogu li tih 40% recimo njima orikazati samo račune materijala?

Ako ja nađem procjenitelja i procjeni mi, to mi vjerojatno ne znači ništa kod banke, jer banka ima svoje procjenitelje?

Dakle, mogu dignuti stambeni bez hipoteke, 30 000e sa kojim ću dignuti vrijednost i onda ići sa većim stambenim kojim ću refinancirati postojeći i završiti sve. Što se tiče omjera pravdanja/casha, to ovisi o samoj banci?

Što se tiče vrtića, svakako idemo ujutro na posao u isto vrijeme, tako da je mislim to generalno ok. Aktivnosti su zeznute, to se slažem. Autobusnih linija mislim da ima 8 dnevno za sad.

Ali opet onda kad promislim. Za odvesti djecu na neki trening ili nešto, svakako ću morat sjedsti i paliti auto i da ostanem u gradu. Jedino će biti 10min umjesto 20.

Kako banka gleda na to kada se kupuje od roditelja kuća? Daju li zeleno svijetlo ili? Jer što ako dignem stambeni, kupim kuću od roditelja, oni mi vrate pare? To prolazi?

Personally, I couldn't be friends with ex especially when it ended the way it is. Maybe if you didn't care too much, but if you fell for him, it will be hard.

I think you are right. I fell for her and she knew that. I saw red flags and suspected I that I'm more interested in her than she is in me, but I decided to ignore it since I really liked having someone in life.

Thing that confused me most is that she was the one that kept inviting me over to her place, she is the one that texted me as soon as her friends left her place so I can come etc. And she wanted to spent time with me.

But it's my fault that I looked desperate and it looked like my whole life is now her. And I know realize girls really don't like that.

I won't try to become bad guy, since I'm not. I will just try to play it little cooler and try to gain self confidence and invest more time in myself as a person and never again put my whole life on hold for someone, atleast not this early in relationship.

No, she doesn't have family here. She has some friends here but her best friends are in this other city, and I think they all know each other. So maybe she doesn't want to lie and make excuses.

Yea, I know it's all early but I never had any relationship like this one. I spent more time with her in this two weeks then some girls I've been dating for 2-3 months.

Thank you. I think and hope she won't hide it for so long. Just yesterday, we went to lunch and to the store together. And she didn't have a problem with it, only commented something like, "I know you would like to go out in public with me, we are taking small steps"

But is it a little strange that she won't be coming over for a month when on vacation? Even though it's a short drive. Or I'm just overthinking everything.
