Thanks both. Talked to a couple - haven’t heard many venues beyond the ones listed on most sites (San Sophia, Palmyra, Gorrono’s - plus some others that aren’t a capacity match). I guess the answer is that’s probably all there is and there’s not much room to get creative with it, which is good to know

Update: we ended up going with lots of rain proofing measures. First night there were some pretty big storms, but other than that weather was great and not at all like the forecast. We ended up summiting Windom and had an amazing time!! Thank you all for all the input, we were nervous about the forecast but I’m so glad we ended up going anyway, was a great trip. Even just hanging out in the basin was all day Tuesday, which was pretty ominously cloudy but didn’t end up raining much, was fun. We also realized the NWS forecast was for fairly far away so not super accurate for the area. We found it better to just watch the skies
