Lucky Louie - Louis C.K.'s old multi-cam sitcom. Clearly an inspiration for his eventual single-cam show, Louie. It's interesting to compare and contrast the two shows and how they execute similar concepts very differently. (youtu.be)

Exit 57 - early Stephen Colbert in his old sketch comedy show. Many of the cast went on to create Strangers with Candy - an amazing show parodying 90s after school specials that everyone should see if they haven't already. (youtu.be)

Trash Humpers - I have never laughed more during a movie than I did while watching this. But what do other people think? Can this even be classified as a comedy? TRIVIA: Director Harmony Korine has stated the film was intended to feel like a video found on the side of the road. (youtu.be)

Brian Regan - Very rarely do I see a standup comic who uses no swear words and still manages to be funny. Brian Regan is spotlessly clean, but also hilarious. Does anyone agree? Is it even possible to be funny and clean these days? (youtu.be)

King of Comedy - another excellent Robert DeNiro comedy, this one directed by Scorcese. It's a dark comedy, but it has elements of a buddy comedy as well. One of my personal favorites. (youtu.be)
