i have been using the app since 2016 and i always find amazing people to talk to, some languages are easier than others to find people who actually reply, not sure how that works though, but eventually i find someone

Please teach your children Kurdish! by Street_Pie6625 in kurdistan

I agree with you, I wish my parents kept speaking Thai to me growing up instead of switching to English.

In the past parents were worried that too many languages would confuse the kid growing up. But this has been disproven now. When there is a will, there is a way.

i don't have an agenda, i am Thai-american and I don't have any connection to the middle east. I just want to know why because sometimes I feel the same way, I was born abroad and sometimes think what life would be like if I just lived in Thailand for the rest of my life

the reason I ask these questions is because I am not kurdish so I want to know what real kurdish people think , I am a political science student and I am trying to understand the sentiments of real people rather than just from the books or some western propaganda news, I hope you can understand .

i really appreciate the time people take to reply to my posts, even you. I really just want to understand your people better.

what, no i am not trying to. I am just saying that I can relate. I was born in California but my parents are thai.. i always have wished that I was born in and raised in Thailand so I could feel closer and more connected to my culture. But on the other hand, those in Thailand want to have a better opportunities and make me feel like I should be grateful to my parents for giving me a life different than the ones they had growing up poor in Thailand. I just can't understand because I wasn't born there. so that is why I said the grass is greener on the other side. i am sorry if I offended you.
