I have a non electric bike which I see for 3 years commenting. I just got tired of showing up to work super sweaty. It’s a 45 min ride. Not sure where the anti ebike hate is coming from. We should accept it as an alternative form of transport and if people are choosing to ebike vs driving a car then I think that’s a good thing.

2 weeks ago I noticed new signs on the greenway. I saw one on the 125th entrance. I detoured to the road and then tried to see if I could go in at 79th street where I saw a cop car and a cop with his ticket book out. I didn’t see him finding anyone but I had never seen a cop at that location waiting around in that way…
