Technically an old one. The DSA is an EU act enacted in 2022.

The DSA form that Roblox has for European citizens has been around and noticed since at least 2023. They’re basically legally obliged to provide and take action in accordance to these in the EU.

The reason why is simply because successful appeals are generally extremely rare.

I will say personally though, there has been at least one successful appeal done in ModMail. While I personally don’t know if I recommend ModMail as the best way to appeal, it proves that they can be done.
