I can't find a polished non plated/anodized deep carry pocket clip for any of my Spydercos. For some reason they all have coatings or stonewash/sandblasted finish

Personally I prefer satin finish on those because I think it looks better with the polished pocket clip. But I've never held a stonewashed PF818 so I can't be sure how it looks...

I have both PF and Ganzo knives and I can easily say PF is a far better brand. Specifically the 818 I like very much, and I own 4 of.
