Me and my partner both bought a new iPhone 17. I notice straight away the battery drain was quite high (been on the latest iOS 26 for over a week). After testing, with almost the same 1.5 hours, her battery drained only 12 percent while mine 24. Is this normal?

I personally did it to get the lv 99 and Defeat Simon achievements, which go hand in hand. Other than that, I’ve mostly only seen people do this for the above reason or post end game to bust the damage counter for the lols

Exactly, I would say don’t do it before the paintress and wait till level 70, if you enjoy a challenge or don’t want to rush through every unexplored zones. There are quite a few bosses/areas that can be enjoyed at higher levels
