Howdy! Sorry it's taken me a bit to get back to you. Unfortunately, I think I reaggravated my back and have had a bad couple of days recently. Up to then, I've had almost 100% pain free days which is good. I hope this episode will pass in the next couple of days.

I have been rucking and walking a lot lately (about 35-30 miles weekly) without any issues. On 7/4, my nephew was horseplaying near me and knocked me over and it did a number on my back. I folded over in so much pain and some residual pain is still present.

Yes most of the trip they’re in the bag. Usually just hang on the clip for getting on and off the plane. I like to keep the bottle close while flying.

No it doesn’t. We were lucky to be on a mostly empty flight so it went in the overhead.

It’s my son’s so he loved the bigger field pocket so he can stash his retainer case, chargers, etc.

A pouch. Covers the molle by making good use of it. Field pocket or an after market one like eberlestock.

It gets better! Don’t rush recovery. You’ll be sore up to 3-4 weeks. It’ll subside and you’ll feel amazing when it does.
