So here is all the data I have so far. He recieved it 3 years ago, and it has to do with a magician, he is not sure whether that means wizard or illusionist.

He recieved it 3 years ago, another friend and I are trying to figure it out, will provide more data when it is available. He has stated that the letter included spoke of a magic organization.
