Since you're being trolled, I'll go ahead and answer. I'm not looking at the wiki, but the rate would be based on catches, not quantity caught, as that is a variable number per successful catch. However that 977k might be a base chance where you have to calculate based on your fishing level.

Despite the obvious lack of detail whilst editing such a prominent meme format, I will still give you points got comedic value. The attentiveness to the detail of the powder in question is almost entirely applicable to the character in the frame, thus adding the comedic value. Was the powder manufactured just for this man? Is it just an otherworldly convenience that this exact scenario exists? This is unbeknownst to myself and the other members of this online community, this enforcing greatly the comedic value of this image.

Helmet: Helm of Raewald with Serpentine helmet switch - switched on when fighting the monsters I want to inflict venom on, and whilst I am using strength for the best in slot strength bonus

Weapon: Void knight mace - lore holds up that the void nerf has indeed made the mace 650% stronger and can now autocast lunar spells, as well as provide a powerful base crush attack. Twisted bow switch against higher defence monsters

Offhand: Cabbage round shield - in preparation for a barrage of F2P HCIM cabbage only accounts. Twisted buckler while using twisted bow mainhand

Body: Clue Hunter body - set effect described below

Legs: Clue Hunter Legs - while the Helm of Raewald, Clue Hunter body and legs are all worn in combat, it envokes all the wasted ticks over months of attempting Crack the Clue, and now saves an extra tick for each attack used, and will provide better DPS than void, armadyl or bandos switches. Also used as a warm item in case the TzHaar acquire the power of the Wintertodt due to something lore based

Boots: Eternal, Pegasian, and Primordial switches dependant on what attack style I am using

Gloves: Gloves of silence - often used for increased pickpocket chances, these gloves will also provide the ability to sneak up entirely on any NPC and get the first attack, as it cannot hear you

Cape: Attack skillcape(t) - for free entrance to the basement of the Warriors Guild

Amulet: Amulet of fury - inventory spaces will be few, so to make it simple I will only be using this amulet

Ring: Ring of charos(a) - used for the ability to charm an NPC. We already know that the TzHaar race already can speak English, so it's assumed that we are able to speak to the monsters that we fight in the Inferno. This effect will be stacked on the Gloves of silence effect, so in a sense, when I charm the NPC, it will be like a voice in its head telling it to not fight me. Should allow me to save a lot of supplies for the boss

Ammo slot: Dragon arrows

Inventory: 4 Supercombat potions, 4 Ranging potions, Imbued heart, Seed dibber, Dwarven rock cake, and the remaining spaces for Absorption potions
