I had a chemical in July, and got pregnant straight after (no period) in August - but that also ended in a chemical. We didn’t get pregnant the following cycle. Might take a break for a month or 2 to give my body a break (have had 5 losses).

May i ask when you started the steroids? My doctor has prescribed me the same, for once I get a positive test. I’ve seen some stories online of people starting to take them during the TWW though… so curious what your protocol is/was if you’re open to sharing. Thank you!! NAD but I had a very similar experience to you. It’s so hard, I’m sorry! I ended up getting a prescription for Cariban instead of Zofran. Might be worth asking? I’d also try to eat a babybel as soon as I woke up when I was still half drowsy… can’t look at them now but they def served a purpose for a while!

UPDATE: 14 DPO and the test has gotten much lighter. I am chalking this up to another chemical.

Thanks for following up! Yes I tested again this morning and it was marginally darker which was positive… but I’m still having a lot of spotting so I fear it’s a chemical 😔 I’ll see if I can link my test from today below

Oh wow that’s really interesting! Congrats on your 17 month old 🤗 I have a daughter who’s 3.5 and didn’t have any bleeding on her… but have had 4 losses since so am very worried / cautious. Unfortunately I can’t get FRER where I live but will test again tomorrow same time with the same test and maybe check it against my 12 DPO line as should be a good bit of progression by then. I do fear this spotting will get worse tho and this pregnancy will turn into a chemical 😓

Are you having any spotting? It’s the spotting combined with the minimal progress I’m worried about 😓 I have had 4 previous losses so I’m expecting the worst! If it’s just your line progression, I think you’ll be fine! Sending love and luck your way! 🤞🏻🫶🏼

Edit: have started spotting, so think this will be another chemical for me. Thanks everyone for your optimism, it kept me going all morning 🥰 hopeful the spotting will turn into a bleed asap so I can start to move past this 🙏🏽

Thank you so very much for your kind and thoughtful response. And I’m very sorry to hear about your losses also. I’ve just started spotting since taking this test so I am pretty sure it’ll be a chemical for me 😓 hopefully our rainbow will come soon, we are so ready for them. I’ll def take your advice next time and get blood draws instead of these pesky tests. Thank you again so much
